payment
i reserve the right to refuse any commission.
i accept payment via paypal and kofi.
I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS
for direct paypal transfer: my commission prices do not cover the transaction fee, make sure that when you transfer the funds it will cover that as well.
for direct paypal transfer: please consider that there may be conversion fees.
for direct paypal transfer: please send a screenshot of the invoice once payment has been sent, this is so i can make sure that it has been sent to the right account and the correct amount is transferred.
for direct paypal transfer: payments over 100 USD will require 50% up front and 50% upon completion. this is in place for protection of the artist and the client.
in terms of reworks/revisions, i will allow 3 major reworks to be done for free during the sketch phase. past 3, i will charge 5 USD before the rework will be done.
by requesting an NSFW commission you are agreeing to be 18 by US law
NSFW commissions will require ID beforehand. this is to guarantee the safety of both parties. (i will need a clear photo of your ID including your first + last name and date of birth. everything else is to be blurred out or censored. in the case that the name on your ID does not match the name on your paypal you will be refunded and i will not continue with the order.)

i do not allow my art to be redistributed for commercial purposes/being resold as merchandise unless an extra fee is agreed upon or contract is made.
i do not allow having my art recolored or retraced.
putting my art through AI or having it used as an NFT is strictly prohibited.
i do not allow my art to be cut and rigged unless you've commissioned me for a live2d model (commissions for live2d models are currently closed).
what to expect
typically, what you'll receive in a digital commission is 1 transparent png file and a png file with a COLOR background of your choice (i do not do detailed backgrounds unless a special order has been placed.)
my prices are not fixed for special orders, please know that the price may increase depending on the request. to find out what can be considered a 'special order' please see this link
please tell me if you do not want me to use your commission for my portfolio.
keep in mind the processing time for each commission will vary, i am also a student so this affects my work half of the time.

"can i use your art as a pfp?" YES. however please credit where credit is due.
roleplay accounts are an exception for this. please do not use my work for roleplaying.
"i dont like your art with the watermark. can i remove it?" MY WATERMARK IS TO BE KEPT INTACT. this is to protect myself as art is my only source of income.
"can i reupload your art?" under the circumstances that you have not commissioned me: NO. absolutely not. if i find that my art has been reuploaded on any platform i will request for it to be taken down immediately.i encourage for others to reach out if they've seen my art being reposted as well.
"can i trace your art and post it?" no. not to upload at least. if it's for practice then go for it, but otherwise, no.
"can i use your art in a video edit?" with credit, yes. please tag me if you've used my art in a video edit!
"can i recolor or edit your art to make it look like how i want?" no. under any circumstance i do not allow this.

before inquiring about a commission, please prepare the following:
reference photos (this can include, but is not limited to: character sheets, outfit references, etc.)
color palette of choice, if applicable
in the case that you do not have a reference photo for what you want done, i require an in depth description
pose references, feel free to get as specific as you want.
for custom character designs, please understand that there will be a consultation before we start on anything.for this consultation i will require you to prepare the following:
reference photos (this can include, but is not limited to: outfit references, important details for the character, hairstyle references, outfit details, etc.)
color palette of choice, this is required.
character lore (this includes, but is not limited to: character's profession, personality traits, etc.)
additional information may be needed during this consultation
special orders
the base price for special orders will still follow my normal price listings depending on what you choose.prices will increase depending on the amount of detail that will be added to this, and a consultation is needed before i can get started.please note that there is going to be a waiting time of a few hours to a day so i can provide an accurate price for these orders.
